John 316 fund is taken after the verse “For God loved the world so much that He gave His one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life”. The fund is a reminder to live out financially the love and incarnationof Christ Jesus to the needs of the world.
Each year during the Advent season, we will use the 4 Sundays of Advent to collect special offerings to the John 316 fund. This fund is used for humantarian aids both locally and globally.
Collection dates are: Dec. 2, 9, 16, 23 during worship.
